The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

Pinopolis is less than 20 miles from Summerville & the Volvo area, 40 miles from coastal beaches, and just 45 minutes away from Downtown Charleston. It’s a great location for work or play!

Bring your boat as lake accesses to Moultrie start a 1/4 mile away with Cooper River accesses near by. Somerset, Wampee, Pineland Place, 108 W Main, Santee Canal as well as MC Regional Complex are minutes away, Summerville is 20’, and Downtown Chas is 45’. Come enjoy!
