Cozy, private guesthouse in a petite westernesque town. You'll have own kitchen, hammock, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed (xs), WiFi, TV/Netflix, AC, own separate entry, and optional cot-bed for a 4th guest. The cottage is well equipped, clean, newly built and is in a quiet area for a great night's rest. Visit wineries, surrounding historic towns, Shaver Lake, Yosemite. Located at the center of California, it's an ideal place for your continued travels towards National Parks, beaches, and larger cities.

We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon).
