This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

PaPa Cabin

“Spring “ at PaPa Cabin be prepared for a different experience. This little house, perched on a cliff, is off the grid, surrounded by forest. A quarter mile walk through the woods leads to the cabin. Bedroom sleeps two on the comfy bed. With only 12 volt (like your car) solar electricity, gas heat, some 12v fans (no AC) it will be an adventure! In the kitchenette, guests will find a propane range top, a fridge, and cooking utensils, bottled water, outside a charcoal grill.

Take it easy at this unique and pet friendly place. The Tired Beagle is a repurposed Dog Grooming business. There is a Queen bed and Futon Bed. The dog wash is available for pets. Located on a working farm in the country, yet a couple miles from Ohio University, you havel 40 acres for nature walks, easy access to town and unique wineries. The Tired Beagle has ample parking and located next to road for quick access.
