The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Menet est un château érigé au XIIème siècle sur la rive droite de la Tardoire, à proximité du sympathique et vivant village de Montbron. Cette demeure familiale est classée aux Monuments Historiques, et a fait l'objet d'un important projet de rénovation. La situation du château est exceptionnelle, en pleine nature, surplombant la rivière Tardoire et un ancien moulin. Une très grande terrasse plein sud, permet de profiter de cette vue.
