There is nowhere quite as magical as this: an historic, creaky cottage, at the end of a farmers track below Cader Idris. It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture, owned by the same family for over 60 years. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s remote both in location and from modern life. You have space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Beautifully restored spacious four-storey town house in the centre of Barmouth. Offering bright accommodation for 8 guests (children and pets welcome) close to the sea and mountains. Lower ground floor is a spacious kitchen diner with french doors out to the enclosed courtyard. The cottage has lovely original features, such as the charming staircase, exposed stone inglenook fireplace with log burning stove & wooden floorboards. Quality cooker, fridge and kitchen items. Sleeping 2 in a super king Feather & Black bed with Emma mattress, a z-bed is available if requested for a young child.
