I have 2 private, bedrooms, that share a roomy bathroom. It is a suite. It is not a complete house. If you wish to reserve the 2nd bedroom, it is an additional $30 per person per night. If there are only two people, but wish to have separate bedrooms it is an extra $30 a night, mark your reservation as three people and that will give you the second bedroom. When you visit Sunset Ridge you will enjoy the entire lower level of a single family home in a quiet neighborhood. A spacious living area with a large screen TV, two couches, and an electric fireplace provides you with a comfy space to decompress after a busy day on campus, at a game or after a long drive. The two bedrooms sleep 4 people total and a roll away bed is available if needed. The breakfast bar is stocked with coffee, teas, and loads of snacks. There is no sink.

Grandma’s Farmhouse

1950s farmhouse. Kept to almost original as when grandma lived there. Knotty pine walls and vintage linoleum. Throughout the house, there are vintage photos and family history posted. It is by no means fancy but it is clean. We are located in Steptoe Wa but is surrounded by farm fields and a seed plant behind. Agriculture area so be aware that dust may be present and farm equipment near by. * note- exterior will be remodeled and painted as soon as weather allows.
