Our guesthouse is ready to host the most discerning traveler. You will appreciate the clean private guesthouse that is located on a quiet neighborhood street in a newer central subdivision that is close to all that SW Missouri has to offer. Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

You may bring your pets! We provide general supplies to give your pets a comfortable stay as well. The Joplin Art House is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within 2 miles of restaurants, shopping, I-44 & schools. I try my best to be flexible & provide my guests with the best experience possible!

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Pool/Hot tub/ game room

POOL IS OPEN!! Relax at this peaceful, charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home. Which also includes an arcade/game room. It sits on a beautiful, wooded acre where deer roam freely and nature surrounds you. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a slower pace—without leaving the city behind. Grill while you unwind on the flagstone patio, then cool off in your private in-ground salt water pool. In the mornings, grab a coffee and watch deer wander through the yard.

Sit on the wrap around porch & watch the deer & turkey stroll thru. We are located about 1 mile off Route 66 and easy access to I-49 & I-44.

Our comfy, quaint little cabin has a style all its own with modern conveniences and a homey feel. Located near the waters edge, you can enjoy the evening sitting out on the deck and listen to nature sing or sit around a fire and gaze up at the stars. Stairs and dock are available for easy access to the river. Great fishing. Kayaks and canoe available also tubes for floating. Continental breakfast, lots of drinks and snacks. Close to town without the crowds. minutes from the crossroads of i49 & i44 we are easy to get to. close to the restaurant district & shopping. setting in the corner of 10 acres at the end of the road. our horses will greet you, expecting a treat… still working on stalls and landscaping, please excuse the mess.
