Buffalo Range

Buffalo Range, a "destination" Airbnb, is a working ranch nine miles south of Monument, Kansas. The surrounding open prairie has never felt a plow; horses and cattle occupy the pastures most of the year; native grasses, wildflowers, cacti, and succulents surround the homestead. We say we are "half way to everywhere in the middle of nowhere" because we're central to an amazing number of historic, geologic, recreational, photographic, and hunting sites. It will take you several days to see it all!

Brent & Jean's Grain Bin Inn (Barn)

This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

Cozy Farmhouse Cottage

Pure western Kansas ! Right off highway 24. This home was built in 1900. Vintage reminders throughout this cozy farm style home of a simpler time. A kitchen to please any cook! Feel those summer vibes on the front porch morning and evening. Farm fresh eggs provided in refrigerator! A touch of western lore, located midway between Denver and Kansas City and situated on the Solomon river valley. This house is stocked with amenities Grocery and local beef 2 blocks away. 3 TV’s, WIFI and Roku.

The Parsonage 1873 - No Fees!

This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. Smith's Horse Barn

Our little remolded barn is a 100 years old and was used for the horses. We had to choose between tearing it down or totally renovating it. My husband, Laurel did not want the barn destroyed and so the great adventure of restoring a barn began. It has taken 3 years and a lot of very hard work, but we are ready for guests! The Horse Barn has a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room on the main floor. A spiral staircase takes you to the old hay loft which is now the bedroom.

North Fork Ranch offers a relaxing atmosphere with the scenic beauty of rural Kansas. The overnight accommodations offer a quiet getaway where travelers can relax in the comfort of their air-conditioned/heated rustic room in the loft of the ranch barn. The backyard view is memorizing with gently rolling hills, abundant wildlife, and wide-open spaces. Room amenities include free parking, free internet, Netflix, and a private entrance to the room with a private bathroom.

High Plains Hideout 3 bedrooms 2 Baths

Located in the high plains town of Wakeeney, this spacious house is perfect for large gatherings of families and freinds. It is 2 blocks from the community pool and 1 block from the park. It is a double corner lot with plenty of space outside. For the hunters, this home was picked by a hunter and provides quick access to the 1000's of acres of Walk In Hunting Areas full of whitetails, mule deer, pheasant, quail, praire chickens, cottontails and jack rabbits.

The Farm

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ranch has Amazing sunsets, views, and long driveway to take it all in. We are close to I-70, Little Jerusalem, Castle Rock, & Monument Rocks! This is a WORKING Ranch; there will be cattle and ranch hands present depending on the time of year. Please DO NOT APPROACH the cattle, enter any space where they are present including pens, and allow the ranch hands to work safely without interruption.

Grandma's House

Grandma's House. Entire house is available; Three bedroom house; 4 Queen size beds. Fully functional kitchen, BBQ grill available as well. House located in the heart of Pheasant Hunting Country! We do allow dogs, but ask they not stay in bedrooms. TV, DVD, WIFI, Roku available. NEW HEATING AND AIR INSTALLED spring 2023 Morland is a sleepy and relaxing little town, there is The Office (bar), and Morland Mercantile.

Ellis Kansas Lakehouse

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on a 40 acre state stocked community fishing lake in Ellis, Kansas. There are 2 docks available for your use. A paddleboat and up to 8 kayaks are available for an additional fee of $20 each per day. There is also a 50-amp RV hookup available for an addition of $50 per day. There is a sewer dump here to. The space is limited to have slides out on one side only.
