Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

Selles madalate lagedega majas saad puhata kogu perega. NB! Lärmakad peod on rangelt keelatud!! Lisatasu eest on võimalik rentida saun (50€ päev). Kümblustünn samuti lisatasu eest (60€ päev). Kümbustünni puhul on vajalik 24h ette öelda, kui on soov kasutada! Trepil on nii üleval kui ka all korrusel turvaväravad. Terrassil grill, süsi palume endal kaasa võtta! Pererahvas elab samas hoovis, umbes 50m kaugusel! Palume öörahust kinni pidada! Öörahu 23:00-8:00!

Pokemajad asub Sõmerus. Kohapeal on privaatne bassein. Majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. Puhkemajal on ka vabas õhus paiknevad istumiskohad. Puhkemajas on 1 magamistuba, köök koos külmkapi ja kõige muu vajalikuga ning 1 dušiga vannituba. Puhkemajas on ka rätikud ja voodipesu. Puhkemajal on eraldi saunamaja. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade loodusele. Kümblustünn saadaval lisatasu eest 60€/öö. Palun anna broneerimisel teada, kui soovid kasutada!

Uudessa asunnossa on tilava parveke ja sauna rentoutumiseen seikkailurikkaan päivän jälkeen. Keittiö, pesukone, kuivausrumpu ja pysäköintipaikka sisältyvät mukavuuksiin. Asunnosta on näköala kuuluisalle Kalevin Keskusstadionille. Vanhakaupunki, bussiasema, ja ruokakauppa ovat lähellä. Satama ja lentokenttä ovat muutaman kilometrin päässä. Älä järjestä juhlia tai tapahtumia asunnossa. Tupakointi kieletty. Tervetuloa vieraaksemme!
