This 1950 fisherman cottage has been nicely renovated to modern standard. A lovely location, right in front of Queen Victoria Boat ramp, Brisbane's famous place for Kayaking, boating, cycling, jogging or just walking. The Tingalpa creek right in front of the house is an approximate 2 hours kayaking inland, and same to return. You can cycle for over half an hour without leaving the waterfront, up to Wynnum. Enjoy a BBQ with the family on the front grass contemplating the beautiful waterfront.

Make yourself an espresso and sit on the deck watching families of kangaroos and koalas walking by. This 3 bedroom cottage is decked out with everything you will need for a relaxing getaway. This 1950s fishing cottage with the original boat slip attached is situated on the edge of Moreton Bay Marine Park. It has been brought back to life and tastefully renovated in keeping with the original design. This house is set up for a great get away, fishing, paddle boarding or kayaking holiday with the beach right out in front of the cottage. Access via a lock box will make your arrival easy.
