The flat is 85m2 and has 2 furnished balconies (one with sea view), 2 bedrooms, a big living area (dining room, living room combined, kitchen) & a full bathroom. This house is ideal for your holidays due to its perfect location. It's central and it's on the beach. You'll find around many gift shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants etc. The flat is full furnished & equipped.

Car not necessary, unless you would like to use the apartment as a base to explore Crete.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a family building literally in the heart of Rethymno city. It is modern and brand new (fully renovated in 2024), has a fully equipped kitchen and everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay! We can accommodate 2 people in the double bed as well as a child on the sofa bed. Five minutes away from the beach, two minutes away from supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants.
