"Penguin Seascape" is a self contained house in Penguin overlooking the beautiful Bass Strait. Just a short walk into the town centre, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and a bakery. The house is fully self-contained and has 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 8 people. Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A 10 min walk to the CBD, beachside restaurants and foreshore BBQ area. A 7 min drive to the hospital and university campus. Well located for daytrips in the region. Also a great space for laptop work (WiFi and Smart TV). Laundry by request.
