There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.
