The apartment has a generous living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a sofa bed. The bathroom has been totally redone with clean good taste. The entire house has been fully renovated with a contemporary decoration style. Appliances, furniture, bathroom, absolutely everything is brand new. Attention has been given to small details to make your stay memorable.
The check-in procedures will be sent to you via a welcome email 24 hours of arrival. All our properties have door codes which will be sent to you together with the welcome email.
All properties will be ready for check-in by 4:00pm. Check-out is 11am on the day of departure.
We expect our guests to pay meticulous attention to how they care about everything in the unit. No skies, snowboards are allowed in the house. You will have access to a locker in the building. The unit has new and quality carpet. Please never wear any type of shoes in the house. We trust you will take excellent care of all the items in the house as if it was yours.
In Whistler, quiet hours are between 10pm to 9am. Please observe or you may receive a $200 fine. 4 occupants maximum. Smoking inside will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
No house parties.
No strangers allowed in the apartment.
Guests must be over 22 or accompanied by the paying guest which must be over 22.
Guests are expected to notify us immediately upon arrival of any damage to the unit is noticed. The guest accepts the Premises in its present condition and agrees to take good care of the Premises during their stay and further agrees to pay all costs to replace or repair any property damaged by the guest during their stay.
Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card pre-authorization of $250 plus photo identification. The pre-authorization will be released after check out and will only be charged up to $250 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest, no third party credit cards will be accepted.
Guests must be 22 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. No groups or under 22's allowed unless previously authorized. We retain the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided.
The property will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. For stays of eight days or more, there will be a mid-week cleaning is mandatory at a cost of $75. All properties have laundry facilities either in the unit or in the building. Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked.
Paid parking is available from the front desk of the building (Daily $15 at Bearlodge and $17 at the Aspens)
All properties are non-smoking inside the property. Please limit smoking to balcony or patio areas where permissible. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts over the railings as this is considered a fire hazard. Any units with evidence of smoking inside will result in a $250 fine.
Pets of any kind are not permitted in any of our properties. There will be a $250 fine for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units.
Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Security has the option to evict and / or fine guests, after one verbal warning.

The Owner shall not be liable to the guest for any injury or damage to person or property in or about the Premises by or from any cause whatsoever.
