I am very disappointed to hear your complaints mostly about cleanliness. We take cleaning very seriously, and my cleaning staff have been with me for a quite a while.
Knowing that you spoke to my cleaning staff in a very positive way, I find your comments very disturbing. Had you informed me or my cleaning staff of any shortcomings, remedial action would have been taken straight away.
The cleaning staff have access to the house and you were informed of this before arrival. The reason for this , besides use of the laundry room, is to facilitate your stay in the property and offer assistance when needed.
Unfortunately mosquitoes are beyond my control but insect repellent plugins and refills are provided. You only informed me about the lack of repellent tablets after 8.30pm when all shops are shut. The cleaning staff would have willingly provided you with more had you asked them.
As for the water situation, as I communicated with you earlier, there are 1000ltr extra water storage plus another extra 500ltr hot water storage tanks in the property. This is all supplemented by a constant supply from the mains water connection. When I arrived at the property on the morning of your departure, I personally checked all water outlets and there was water in every single one of them.
As far as I know, communication with me is easy. My mobile phone is always switched on and I respond very fast to any messages on the Airbnb message board.
All in all, I trust that you still enjoyed your stay in Malta.
