I am happy you enjoyed your stay overall, however I would like to clarify some points you make in your review as follows:
Airbnb manage all payments not the host so any issues regarding payments for the accommodation should be directed to Airbnb as the host is not involved. Hosts only
get paid 24 hours afters guests arrive.
The damage deposit is €500 and this highlighted prior to booking your accommodation.
You need to specify your check-in time as this rental is not a self check-in as in access a key via a lock box, our house manager meets and greets you at arrival, unless we have a check-in time range(usually a 1 hour range) then our house manager would be hanging around all day until guests decided to turn up, which I hope you could appreciate is not ideal for the house manager.
There is a fee for not letting us know that you will not arrive at your stated check-in time otherwise we are hanging around until a guests decides to turn up.
At no time did we ask you to empty the garbage bins, all we said was where the garbage goes if the bins are full in the house as guests in the past have asked this question.
