I offer a clean, comfortable home with easy access to the Red Line trolley and downtown in the pleasant and convenient Beechview neighborhood of the city.
The house is accessed with a guest code sent the day of arrival. I am in and out so may not be around but explain details of your stay and try to anticipate all questions in the House Manual which appears in the app with confirmed reservations. You can call or text with any questions.
This 2nd-floor bedroom has two twin beds. I have other listings (one with twin beds) so bathroom may be shared by up to four guests. There is another guest bathroom with shower on the first floor if needed. I reside in an attic suite with a separate bathroom.
A guest access code for the front door keypad will be sent before arrival.
Make yourself coffee, tea and serve yourself muffins/pastries for breakfast. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, living and dining space of the first floor. There is a deck/porch off the second-floor with a nice view through the bathroom. Use of washer/dryer in locked basement available upon request. TV in living room with OTA channels, Netflix, Amazon prime set up upon request.

I will be in and out and may not see you but am happy to help in any way I can when around. The House Manual on the Airbnb site/app should cover most questions and has details about where to find things. I will also respond to any questions as soon as possible via text or email. While at home, I spend most of my time in the basement office or in the attic.
