We are disappointed by some of the feedback. Most of the problems alluded to arose because we were kind enough to allow Stephanie and her party to stay in an adjoining villa AFTER THEIR CHECKOUT. Of course they would have to leave the villa after checkout time at 10 am if other PAYING guests were checking in AFTER THEIR PAID RENTAL PERIOD was over. They left at 5.30 pm instead of the normal 10 am and were not charged. After checkout we were kind enough to provide them a place to stay for free but did not expect to have to provide them the service of a paying guest.
Regarding the workers in the house, Annie, our manager, did get the permission of the son of Stephanie to let them in. This may have been a problem of communication within the family. WE NEVER ENTER THE PREMISES TO DO WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION.
Regarding the WI-FI, there was an issue which is why telecoms came to fix it. Concerning the pool light. We have NOT activated the pool light as it does not give much light and we have instead provided plentiful EXTERNAL lighting which makes it easy to have a swim at night.
The Jacuzzi does need fixing and the electrician has come to take care of this but could not make it during Stephanie's stay. We apologize for this. We are, however, surprised by the claim that the taps in ALL the bathrooms are leaking. When we checked all seems fine and maybe Stephanie and her party did not close the taps tightly.
The dining set, glasses, cups/mugs and cutlery cater for 10 people but the complaint seems about the time Stephanie was in the other FREE villa AFTER her checkout.
Annie, our manager, is not resident but leaves her cell phone in case of any issue to be addressed.
