Bozcaada da Butik Tas bag evi // Stone cottage on Bozcaada sleeps max of 4
The Priest's House
Only shards of pottery, tumbled down stones and old weather beaten beams remained of what had once been the priest's dwelling at Papaz Bahce [the Priest's garden]. Inhabited by owls and crows the house had long since been abandoned.
Restoration work began on the original site of the dwelling after the grape harvest of September 2014. Finally after much blood, sweat and tears we are proud to present the newly resurrected 'Priest's House' at Papaz Bahce.
Based on a traditional island design and using reclaimed stones, the Priest's house is furnished with a combination of contemporary and heirloom pieces.
The property comfortably sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a suite complete with its own kitchen facility. Individual rooms or the whole house can be booked.
Breakfast, and barbecue meals are available upon request at the neighbouring 'Lavender Breeze' farmhouse.
Agritourism at the 'Papaz Bahce' Priest's House.
At the Priest's house you'll be staying on a working farm far, from the crowds of the tourist season on Bozcaada.
You'll get to witness (and maybe even take part in some unique experiences if you're interested .....) green pruning and picking unripe grapes for verjuice, training vines, harvesting, sun drying grapes, pressing grapes, plus learn a bit about amateur wine making
Agritourism is helping us to preserve some of the character of Bozcaada from extinction. Let it help you escape from the stress of traffic jams, the office and city life.

I take pride in my house and hope that visitors enjoy my efforts and treat it with the respect shown to their own homes.
Guests are very welcome to use all facilities however I request that if you break anything or anything is not working you let me know so that I can replace / repair it.
I prefer that if you want to smoke it is done outside. Please be careful though as in the summer it is very dry and the potential of a fire is very real.
Pets are not accepted as the vines are very easily damaged by animals.
Please do not leave uncovered food on the kitchen worktops or outside as this encourages ants. As this area is not serviced by the local council rubbish collection service please be sure to take your rubbish to the dustbins situated on the mainroad.
