1. I asked to airbnb to attach the conversation we had through airbnb on 29th of august, but it's not possible, but please have a look to our conversation.
In the first mail that I sent you on 29th of August, before accepting your reservation, I wrote you "the flat is 24 sqm(square metres), and it's small".I ask you some questions to understand if my studio suited your needs, and you told me that is perfect for you. Before accepting your reservation, I was very honest,( as always with my guests), with all bad sides and positive of the flat, because I prefer an happy guest rather than somebody was looking for something different. After your first month, I realized you were uncomfortable in the studio, and I asked you to move in an other place, if you prefer, without penalty, just paying days you stayed...But you asked me to stay and to extend the period of your stay of 4 more days...Maybe you didn't find anything else cheaper or suitable to you in that area. I know London is very expensive and my area is trendy and very (Website hidden by Airbnb) usually you find small studios or rooms to share with other people...but you made your own decision twice, and you were aware of everything before renting so... it's not my fault, because London is expensive for me, too and the rent was all expenses included (internet, electricity, water, heater, washing/drying machine, building expenses etc..)
2. when I checked you in on 5th of September, everything was working in the studio and everything perfect, (except the hot water in the sink of the bathroom, as I wrote on airbnb advertisement). During your stay a bulb fused, but I bought a lot of new bulbs for my guests, just in case... You should have just changed a bulb that I've already bought...but you broke something in the lamp while you tried to change the bulb....and you had to call the electrician because you broke something that was working before your check in... That's all.
Usually I fix everything for my guests ...but they shouldn't damaging anything in the studio. For short/medium period I could change a bulb for my guests, but for long terms, I thought you could be able to change a bulb I've already bought!!!!! I could fix everything was broken before your check in, but after your check (Website hidden by Airbnb) depends if you have damaged something or not...or it depends on the damage... and i asked to airbnb assistence before fixing, what I should have done.
3. I left you a walk in closet empty except for three clothes of mine and a hand luggage in a corner...But you had all the walk in closet to hang your clothes plus all the compartements (4) on your left in the walk in closet . Plus 8/9 compartsments totally empty in the wooden forniture that you could see from the pictures. All the other compartments are full of things that could be usuful for my guests ( iron, minihoover, books, power strips, bulbus, forks etc...) and not my clothes ...
Next time I will empty the walk in closet totally... Nobody has ever complained about this before. But I'll follow your advice. Thank you.
I prefer to not add anything else about all the other problems that you gave me during your stay... I've given my honest review on your profile , too. but I've tried to not be so strict as all the situation would have deserved.
