Sheepskin rugs draped over leather sofas & candle lit ambience add to the cosy informal atmosphere. Complimentary freshly cut garden wild flowers provided in season other flowers in room year round.
Relax in our roll top bath with fresh mountain spring water straight from the tap and essential oils and bath salts add to your relaxation. Organic toiletries, with towels and robes provided.
Your bedroom is a west facing retreat that hosts the best view in the house.
A handcrafted king size oak bed with organic wool mattress adds to the comfort. Organic cotton and the finest belgian linen on the bed with natural feather duvets, alpaca blankets and sheepskins. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This room gets all the golden evening sunset light.
Fresh spring water on tap for bathing - filtered for drinking.
Pet cats and a dog live on the property.
Guests have free rein to come and go throughout the day using their own entrance to the self contained ground floor accommodation which includes bedroom, bathroom, breakfast area and a guest lounge with log burning stove.
The kitchen is private and used by the hosts only.

We have pets that live on the property, so please bear this in mind if you are thinking of bringing your dog as we are a working hill farm surrounded in close proximity by the stunningly dramatic scenery of the Black Mountains with award winning views across the Beacons and Wye Valley. The sunsets here are magical, your room has been chosen specifically to make the very best of the sunsets, views and relaxing ambience. Interior details chosen with the intention of enhancing the relaxing atmosphere with which Ty-mynydd is naturally blessed .
Guests are politely asked not to wear outdoor shoes in the house.
We don't usually accept guest check ins after 8.00pm due to the remote location of our property however we do realise delays are sometimes unavoidable and we make allowances for this providing we are kept informed please. Many thanks.
