We have a roomy apartment with views of the harbour. We are 3 mins walk from Mindil beach, good restaurants and the markets, also 5 mins drive from the CBD and the botanical gardens. Guests have their own room and balcony and separate bathroom. They have a fridge, coffee /tea making facilities and are also welcome to use the kitchen. The room is cool and quiet, has wi-fi and Netflix TV.
All living and bedroom spaces have panoramic views over Darwin harbour and Cullen Bay marina. All have direct access to verandas overlooking the view. You're in tropical holiday mode from the moment you open your eyes each morning.
You are welcome to access our kitchen at any time (although you also have your own private coffee/tea and basic breakfast-making facilities on the guest veranda). We also have an extensive library in our home office area. You are welcome to browse and borrow books during your stay. You have your own private spaces but we want to interact with you in our shared spaces just as much or as little as you desire.

We will be home to greet you when you arrive (and to let you in - the building has security intercom/CCTV access). We are almost always home each evening, and one of us is also often home at various times during the day because we work partly from a home office. When home we are always happy to provide information and we're usually up for a chat.

You will have free high speed NBN wi-fi Internet access. You also have free access to Netflix and SBS-on-Demand (lots of movies and TV series) on the TV in the guest bedroom. We would appreciate your watching the TV at moderate volumes at all times and at low volume after 10pm. We can loan you headphones to listen through if you need them.
- Smoking OK on veranda only with door closed.
We are both lawyers and long term residents of Darwin. We love wine and jazz and movies and good food and conversation.
We have not been hosts for very long, and our experiences so far have been interesting and relaxing. It is a little like having family and interstate friends over to stay.
