Montpelier, Vermont. Homesteader, Gardener, Artist, Alexander Technique Teacher (Movement education and Alignment Body work) with a private practice in Montpelier Vermont. We have lived in Vermont for over 20 years. We raised our 2 children here. We love to garden and getting pretty good at growing our own food. We love dogs. We built the Yurt on the property as a studio for my fiberarts years ago. We love to offer it to other people who enjoy connecting with the natural world, as well as people looking for some quiet time to write, paint or meditate.
We love people , but also are used to the privacy this landscape provides for us. We love to read good novels, study inspiring spiritual texts, esp anything related to Tibetan Buddhism. We are active all year round--love to hike, bike, ski, snow shoe and canoe--pretty much anything that allows us to be in nature and slow down and appreciate the beauty of this world.
