Convenient to public transportation; 15 miles outside of Boston. The house is just three blocks from the Franklin Line commuter rail, about a half hour into South Station (red line), Boston. Bus line at top of street, about 40 minutes into Forest Hills Station (orange line) - connections to Boston. Please check Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority Website for Trip Adviser. If driving to city, use parking app on your phone to find cheaper parking options - like Parkwhiz or Spothero.

Beth was extremely personable: very welcoming and had lots of advice to offer. Her children and husband were sweet and also very welcoming. The room was very comfortable, especially the private air conditioner. The 2 cats were not bothersome at all, so don’t let them deter you…

Beth and John were wonderful! Communication was easy and smooth. The room was clean, cozy, and oh so comfortable. The bathroom across the hall was also wonderful, clean and stocked. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and an easy trip in and out of Boston.
