The loft is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. There is NO SMOKING and it is handicap accessible. There is no carpeting, only hardwood floors, and cleaning supplies are mostly hypoallergenic (water and vinegar for the floors). The loft has a crisp clean feel. Guests with allergies should feel comfortable here. All windows open and have screens, and the building is virtually bug-proof. The loft has it's own central air and gas furnace, as well as a commercial-grade fire-alarm system.
- This is a quiet building with other tenants. Please be respectful of others and the property itself. Loud after-hours guests will not be tolerated. There is NO SMOKING.
I am an attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio. I handle litigation, primarily Ohio workers' compensation and miscellaneous causes that I find interesting (which generally means for my family and friends). I have lived in downtown Cincinnati for eleven years, and know the downtown area and its history about as well as anyone can. I enjoy regularly going out with friends. Cincinnati has terrific local theater, comedy (improv and stand-up), art, restaurants, parks and endless things to do. Also, Cincinnati is excellent for bike-riding, and my apartment is one block from a Red Bike rental kiosk. I've put a lot effort into making my BNB feel like home. I'm always available for questions and suggestions of restaurants and things to do.
