My place is close to all of the Southern California Hot Spots: Oceanside Beach, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, San Diego Gas Lamp District, Seaport Village, Coronado Island, Palm Springs, Temecula Wine Country, Old Town Temecula. You’ll love my place because of: the "Welcome Home" basket, the breakfast/coffee bar, the comfy bed, the friendly hosts, and, of course wi-fi! . My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. Sorry, I do have dogs: Business Travel says, "No Pets!"
The bedroom I offer is medium to large, furnished with one queen bed. There is a flatscreen TV with cable in the room. It has a bright, clean bathroom right next to the bedroom that you will share with another guest.
You will enjoy a full kitchen that you may also eat in, and a dining room that is part of the Great Room where we enjoy TV, movies via Roku on Netflix, and cable (only in the living room). Wi-fi is practically everywhere! I have heard people even get it sitting in their car in front! There is also a high counter with stools to enjoy (it has been known to have a laptop or two on it!) There are five patio sets you can seat yourself at outdoors in the courtyard, or in the back patio. There is also a Propane powered Bar-B-Que outside. There is a washer and dryer available off the kitchen. If you want me to do your laundry, please let my know, I will wash, dry and fold for you, and it is $12.00 per load. We do have an ironing board and iron if you need it. If you want me to clean your room, say, once a week, it is $15.00 each time: I will straighten (to some extent), sweep, mop, dust and change your sheets on your bed, and give you fresh towels.
You are welcome to use the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and two dining areas for Laptops, eating, or just relax and read a book! The living room has six reclining places to relax. This is where the Roku TV is, with a few Amazon movies and all the games, a guitar, a portable Grand Piano. Continental Breakfast is setup at the coffee bar for you to enjoy your personalized coffee, tea, or juice, along with a variety of either pastries, or granola bars, in case you need to grab a bite on the go!

My rules are, "Make yourself at home!", "If you can't find it, look for it!" and, "Live and let live!" We have at least one of everything and hopefully it is in a logical, easy place to find it! We hope you enjoy your stay! I am looking forward to being your hostess!

One of my favorite places to go is Lake Tahoe! The clean air, the clear water, the white snow on the pine trees in winter are so enjoyable up there! My favorite movie is a little known physics movie called, "What in the [Bleep] [Bleep] Do We Know?" My favorite book right now, I recommend as a daily devotional, in addition to your REAL daily devotional, for anyone who struggles with relationships is, "Hold Me Tight" by Dr. Sue Johnson. If we all could really learn the lessons in that book, we might just experience world peace! Right now, I am digging Jason Mraz! I did not realize how many songs he wrote and performed that I already liked! Every time I asked, "Who is that?" the answer was Jason Mraz! Must I confess that I LOVE real Mexican food? In particular, old fashioned tacos, but, I like the chicken ones! In my memory, we only had beef tacos when I was a kid, but, my wise-choice favorite is now chicken. Iced water is something I cannot live without! I really enjoy a big glass of purified iced water! It is so refreshing! Knowledge is something I enjoy attaining! I challenge myself sometimes to comprehend a subject that is complex, just to exercise my brain! To me that is "fun!" My life motto has to be, "Live, and let live!" I think my grandfather taught me that. He and my grandma owned up to seven cabins in the mountains that were vacation rentals. When I was young, I lived with my grandparents and helped clean the cabins and get things ready for guests. Their guests were of all kinds of wonderful people from around the world. He never refused anyone! They had many lifelong friends who returned every year because of their genuine hospitality. If I have a fraction of the love they had for all people, you will not regret staying in my home! When I travel, I have points with Diamond International Resorts and, of course, I have credits with airbnb! Compared to the multi-billion dollar resorts I have stayed in, I know my home is older, and more humble, but, I will say it is as clean as it can possibly be! My home will only get better through the years as I reinvest my profits into refurbishing it! I have many beautiful plans for my home, for your enjoyment!
