Sleep like a baby! Make fresh coffee or tea in your room. Our home is in safer West Manchester, less than three miles from Elm St , the main street.
We are close to everything for business, or leisure. Great restaurants, museums, live theaters, nature trails, hikes and places to kayak.
Visiting St Anselm's College? The beautiful campus is just steps away. SNHU Campus is only 4 or 5 miles away.
I am a designer so creating a comfortable serene nest is what I do best. There are roman shades and black out drapes that make your sleep better. The bed is plush memory foam ,... so comfortable! You are welcome to share the living room and wrap around porch with us too.
The shared bath is just off the kitchen. It has a bathtub with shower and a rain shower head. We recently remodeled the bath.
This is a charming Victorian with the original wood moldings and Oval Glass Front door. Our home was built in 1908. It is the typical New England house from the 1800 and early 1900's.
Enjoy the shared living room, just outside your room. It is inviting, quiet, and also views the gardens. You are welcome to relax there if you wish.
Depending on the season, living on the porch or outside in the gardens is delightful. If the fire department is issuing Fire Permits, it is fun to enjoy a bonfire . Som 'Mores anyone? The permit is required or a big fine can be assessed.

Ray and I are welcoming friendly people. We are typically working in the gardens, building garden projects, and taking care of our chickens and veggies. We respect your need for solitude and privacy.

Ray and I are semi retired, quiet, and conservative people. We are social and friendly. We are NOT into parties and large loud crowds.
We have truly enjoyed hosting all our guests. Students at St Anselms, the Art Institute, those serving Internships for Medical and Vision love staying with us. We are centrally located to everything anyone may be interested in doing or seeing!
Do you love to hike, ski, ice skate? Or are you into fine dining, museums, galleries and live theatre? If you enjoy boating we are less than an hour from the ocean and many lakes. You can easily take a day trip to Maine, see many quaint towns, shop, enjoy the beach and be back for dinner.
Ray and I look forward to meeting you and making your stay in our home delightful!
We would love to greet you as soon as you arrive and show you around.
If at all possible, we would appreciate your arrival between 6 and 10 pm to check in, so we can greet you.
If a later arrival is necessary, it can be arranged. If so, we will inform you of how to get your key to enter the house and your room and meet you the following day.
Your room will be pristine and keys to it in the door. The shared bath will be clean and ready for your convenience.
We are busy creative people. Life goes on in the rest of the house and land. Sometimes we are in the middle of a project. You will probably enjoy our adventures and results. Ray is amazing and so resourceful! He can build ANYTHING! I seem to never stop creating as well.
Our home is a 1908 Victorian, with one bath we share with guests. It will be clean and sanitary. We are easy going! Sharing our bath with guests has never been an issue.
