Thanks Charlene for the review!
To clarify some points in your review, I want to address I typically do not send out access instructions with the code to my house until the night prior for a multitude of reasons - you beat me to it. There is plenty of cell coverage in the area, especially at Summit Station where the race is based. It is just when you get deep into the subdivision you lose it with some carriers. Most major cariers work at my house.
I have a house manual located in the dining room/kitchen with the information you said you could not find. I don't provide extra bedding for more than the number of guests on the reservation. It did seem that the pull out couch was used. My local caretaker who lives within the community could have easily assisted you with extra bedding, etc. I do have a limit to how many people I want to stay in my house as well.
Your nightly stay with us was $414 but then you need to add on cleaning and all the AirBnB fees. The total was $571 not $700. I don't want people to be scared away that a one night stay was $700 so felt I needed to clarify that.
We valued how the house was left minus a couple small hiccups that we are working to fix. We hope your trip to the the Sierras was extremely memorable. You ought to come visit it in the winter - a whole different world, a winter wonderland!
