Dear Lara, we are really sorry that you do not feel comfortable with our host service because of the problem you had with your partners a couple of days before arriving. We blocked the dates for you and your partners during 2 months as you need to come to the Congress and 2-3 days before your arrival, you pretend to change the reservation completly (not only what you say here of the quantity of people come but less days), as we had a very fluent communication with you we explained that we have a politics for modifications/cancelations which is Airbnb moderate, so, in the last week before arrival we do not accept modifications without penalties, because we have all ready, prepared and the dates were blocked only for you during the time before.
During Zaragoza's holidays as your reservation was, we rent the aparment only for a minimum days, this was very clear when you did the reservation and you accepted the rules.
The beds are exactly what you see in the ad, we do not get out anything from the apartment. It is a suprise that that your personal problems whit your partners which finally decided not to come in the last few days have come against us. You had 5 towels in the apartment as well.
The rest of the information you give here, it is completly different of what have happened.
She contacted Airbnb Support about her modifications in the booking, we were contacted by Airbnb Support, giving us the reason and Airbnb Support rejected her modification request.
