To turn the hall thermostat to 17.0 on departure (very important)
The next rules are nothing personal, this is my home , so that is why I have written these down.
The guest must return the flat to the condition they received it- the cleaning service covers hoovering, mopping, changing the sheets cleaning bathroom.
Shoes off please, we do not want the wooden floors damaged and absolutely no HIGH HEELS :)
There are picture of the wooden floors in the house guide, if they are not like this let me know straight away
The guest will be responsible for keeping the property wind and Water-tight and Aired- not to obstruct vents
The guest will be responsible for any damage caused to the property, fair wear and tear excepted, and will prior to the end of the tenancy make good to the satisfaction of the Landlord any damage caused.
Turn all appliances off on departure
To use the house as a residence only for him/her and if having others stay with permission of landlord, - if for more than one night notifying landlord and paying the Air B and B extra person charge
To only use one bed-room for sleeping quarters per booking
Not to mark or cut any part of the house
The tenant may not install a landline telephone
