A very comfortable stay in a friendly safe neighborhood close to Tokyo (Kita Senju/ Nippori, Ueno), Noda's/ KitaKashiwa's Bujinkan dojo for Ninjutsu.. and Chateau De Komal Tea House (where you can experience traditional Japanese tea ceremony or participate in bilingual workshops at a discounted guest rate).

It's 9 minutes from Kashiwa station by bicycle. You may travel by bus, walk or use the bicycle. Kashiwa station is 20 minutes from Central Tokyo; Nippori on the Yamanote line, Asakusa (Kaminarimon/Sky tree..) etc. My area is suburban residential, peaceful and convenient with late night rapid train access to Tokyo and other areas. Around the station you can find little pubs/ bars, delicious restaurants, hang out spots, internet cafes, banks and the like.
For those interested in martial arts it is near to Noda's reputable Hatsumi Masaaki's Bujinkan dojo and Kita Kashiwa's Bujinkan dojo. Chateau De Komal, where you can experience traditional Japanese tea ceremony, take lessons in English/ Japanese or have coffee in a French 17th Century Japanese fusion style is not even 1 minute away. There are also lovely parks, Samurai houses and shrines amongst other sites.
Guests have access to a foldable travel bicycle, washing machine, cooking area with utensils and other such conveniences.

I'm presently out of the country until the end of July. There is someone who will orient you in the need of a physical presence. When the country I shall orient you. If you would like an travel tips or want to join in on any fun activity I know of you are more than welcome. There are guide books available in the room as well. On the other hand, if you'd prefer your privacy and alone time I highly respect your wishes either way:). You will have your own key to go and come as you like.

For long term guests:
The burnables- food, paper go in the pink garbage bag and is to be put out earliest the night before Fridays and Tuesdays. It's often collected by 9am on those days.
The plastics, foil, wrappings go in the yellow garbage bag for Wednesdays only.
PET bottles, tin cans, bottles, batteries go in the box and on Thursday mornings before 9am can be put in their proper bags which are at the yellow mesh light pole garbage area.
The pink mesh in the sink please change weekly they are under the sink left side.
Any questions please feel free. When I'm there I will take them out.
Please no smoking and no drugs on the premises.
The utensils, pots, pans, microwave, oven, stove etc you may use but please purchase your own spices, food, oil etc.
Also there is a video on how to use the traditional shower. Please do not force the levers.
