Lovely and quiet house located in the mountain village of Escorca, overlooking the forest, which can accommodate 2 people (plus 2 additional, free of charge).
The exteriors consist of a 44 m2 garden and three terraces, of 18 m2, 21 m2 and 20 m2 (two of them furnished). In the plot, there is another house where the owners occasionally stay; therefore the privacy of this property is partial. You can park your vehicle in the street, without a problem.
Accessing the house, there is the living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, and the kitchen. This area is perfect for having a nice time with your people, watching TV, reading, etc. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic hob, all the utensils you need to cook any dish, and a laundry area which includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a radiator. However, two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa-bed in the living room, free of charge. A cot is available, in case you need one. There is a full bathroom with a shower.
If you wish, you can use the shared pool of the Es Guix restaurant, more or less 500 metres away from the house. This pool is open from 12 to 16h and it is closed on Tuesdays.
Due to the location of this property, it is ideal for people who like hiking, cycling or who want to get away completely from the city. The Monastery of Lluc, from where the views offered are fantastic, is situated in the town Escorca, just 2 km away. In the spectacular Serra de Tramuntana there are many small towns to visit, such as Sóller, Valldemossa and Fornalutx, and some of the best coves closest to the property are Cala Tuent, 30 km away, and Sa Calobra, 26 km away.
