First of all, we would like to thank you for leaving your review on your stay. We always appreciate all kind of feedback because it helps us improve our performance.
We are genuinely sorry if you were bothered by any of the events that you are pointing out, however we would like to make clear something regarding your reservation:
- In Madrid, all the guests (in legal apartments) need to be registered daily in the Police website. This is in order to mantain your safety and you will find this policy in any hotel you may go around the world.
- We did not charge you anything in your credit card, not before your arrival nor after your check out. All the monetary transactions are made through the Airbnb platform.
- We have a 24/7 response system in case anything happens. We offer a telephone number, a (Hidden by Airbnb) number and an email address so our guests can always contact us.
Regarding your other comments, we are sorry about the lack of cooking utensiles. So far, we have never had a complaint about it but we will consider your review in order to refournish the kitchen.
We would be more than happy to welcome you in the future in any of our apartments and we will make sure you have a perfect stay.
