Access to the bike path is just 2 blocks from the house and from there a stones throw to Santa Rita Park and the Animas River. The train station and Main street are only 5 blocks away providing quick access to all the great restaurants and shopping downtown has to offer. The Horse Gulch trail system is just a few blocks as well for day hikes or mountain biking.
