This accommodation is a 65 m²/700 square feet flat which has been totally restored in 2014.
You can easily park your car near the flat.
From the minute you arrive, you will be charming by the huge living room (around 35 m²/376 sq ft) with wood beams, polished concrete on the floor and sandy painting on the walls.
For cooking, you can use the hotplate on the cook central island with the hood and also use the electric oven and the microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee-maker (please bring your coffee sachets).
The living room is composed of 2 sofas, a table, a carpet, a pouffe and a Tv (screen of 82 cm / 2,70 feets).
You can go to the terrace (around 25 m²/270 sq ft) by the living room which is furnished with a glass table with 6 wrought iron chairs and a summer living room. Also you will enjoy to cook your grilled meat or fresh fish with a gas barbecue Weber and taste the famous vermouth renowned Noilly Prat! From the terrace you can go to the laundry with a washing machine and to a junk room to arrange the garden material.
The biggest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and a tv, and is opened to a huge bathroom with a bath and an Italian shower.
Up to the stair, a second bedroom with a double bed offers a great view of the Marseillan roofs and the church tower.
