To clarify regarding your statement about the neighborhood which you mention you never felt safe!! And the neighbourhood is just not right for you,
That’s your words..
When you book the apartment through
Airbnb you explain this location is close to where your son fiancé live.
Because you was coming to attend his wedding.
As a citizen of New York our’ mix neighbourhood are an example of our melting pot and we consider diversity a
Strength. It is unfortunate that you seemingly do not agree..AIRBNB was established with the intention of building meaningful connection with people from all over the globe..
We love our neighbourhood, and consider it quite safe for our guest within and outside of our home.
Regarding the loud music it was memorial weekend and I did apologize for my Neighbour behavior celebrating
Over barbecue with their friends..In the summer their’s potential noise..
In my home and my Airbnb rental I have control over what rule I state.
I can’t make rules for my Neighbour’s.
If you had a problem operating the Air
Condition you could of just told me. You
Set it on dry air instead of cool.
It was listed on Airbnb their was no washer and dryer so you was aware it didn’t have one..
I message you through Airbnb asking you if you was ok and need anything several times.
( Which is documented on Airbnb) YOUR response to my reaching out to
You said we’re great and don’t need anything..
I wish Shannon had notified me about the parking, it was listed free street parking. Not necessarily mean in front the house. Your van was across the street for one night and you complain
Yes about the TOWELS you was never offered fresh towels because their was lots of towels and EXTRAS for the duration of your stay in the apartment..
Which was at your fingertips.
Which you was aware of if you needed.
After your stay was over their was towels that was not used.
It’s not my fault that you cannot appreciate great hospitality..
And like to write false information..
