As you know, you have rent a self catering apartment which is not an hotel where you a have available services on the same building. The self-catering apartment or holiday rental is a different concept and it is based on the idea that our guests are free to organise their stay feeling like at home. Being an apartment rental the cleaning fees are usually not included in the rental price. What we simply ask to our guest is just a basic common sense, when using the apartment and leaving it in good conditions. The applied fee cover the cleaning of the apartment as well as bed linen and change of towels and a deep cleaning for the next stay.
We have our offices and reception in the same block, so we are always available for support and we have a large list of concierge services available as shown in the apartment’s handbook that probably you have missed.
The check-in is done with a digital access so to give the guest the freedom to checkin whenever they want. We believe this is a value for the guests. It’s the same App so it works fine both on main door and apartment’s door, but we will check it in case something went wrong. Thanks.
In the same building we have available different apartments. Some of them are with sea-view and park. The one you have chosen and reserved is the only one without a view. However from the pool’s terrace there are very good views to the city and to the sea.
About the restaurant service. We are not an hotel. There is a restaurant in the building block which does’t have anything to do with our apartments and services. Therefore we cannot comment about their customer service but in the area is full of very good restaurants.
Just crossing the street in front of the building there is a long beach with restaurants. Hope you found the time to have a nice walk on the area.
