Please kindly we are seriously taking your concern, we are sad that we are not been inform about the smell of smoke that you mentioned and the condition of the bed when you check in and to your waiting time. If this issues are being send to the reception for sure with no hesitation we will attend immediately to your concern.
The bed of our fully furnished suites are well supervised by our housekeeping staff, if bed might not properly made the suite was vacant for 3-4 days. And was been check the day before you arrive. We will notify the staff to make sure that it will be double check.
We had a 3 suites of 1 bedroom, the pictures that we had in Airbnb ads was currently occupied and most of the furniture we used to our fully furnished has similar features. We apologized if that doesn't meet what you expect.
Waiting time has been reviewed from the surveillance camera, you arrived in the reception by 12:06pm and came out at 12:13pm and you return at 12:15pm.
I was in the viewing process with my client when you arrived to reception.
Your booking doesn't specifically tell us when exactly you are arriving which we appreciate if you send us a quick message for that because as our practice we have to attend our guest and client in a fast and efficient manners.
The missed Guest guide was not in place, as we response quickly when you requested. We are more than happy to help you next time if (Hidden by Airbnb) Map not available with you.
