I can understand that you have trouble with comunication on rouds on Serbia, and that it can frustrated. Sometime is imposibile to well organised the trip. Thats why i tryed to make contact with you, (with messages in Airbnb, you can check this), when you reserved my apartment, to explain to you how to arrive. I dont realised that you dont have completely information for entrance for apartmant, i am sorry for that, and now i change it on my listing. I answered in 1 hour (31 minut) after you sending message that you arived. I think that other thinks in your coment are more or less result of your angries, because waiting make you nervous. I check shower- it work, flat is clean...For cigaretes smel (we haved guests before) and wi-fi (sometime can be problem with provider, but, it is not usualy) i can not be 100% shure. I trying to check is it everything ok, by message you this evening, but you was not answering. In any case, i am always ready to help for anything what you need. I like when my guests have nice experience in my apartments, i always give my best, and i am realy sad because this misunderstanding. Also, you haved nice experience in my second appartment, few days before.
