The owner is very attached to the local heritage. She mainly gets her products from local growers. She uses a composter to produce her own fertilizer. She uses cleaning and gardening products that are eco-certified.
The whole house was renovated according to tradition. Local materials were used, in particular to decorate the walls and grounds.
The swimming pool water processing is with salt, avoiding the use of chemical products for its upkeep.
