Another rare find in the city! A mid- rise, gated community that offers a genuine urban experience. Giving the young professional ample reasons to love living in the metro, this residential complex houses a retail strip that features dining options, convenience stores at the ground floor, and a facility that includes a swimming pool, a changing room, and a landscaped garden. Starbucks and the newly opened Mcdonalds are just within your reach!

Tila
A London themed 2br 2bath condo unit.
The space is very spacious, a 2 bedroom loft and guest will surely be comfortable. We allow guests to cook and enjoy a needed rest. Restaurants, food options, spa and services, laundry and convenience stores are available inside and outside the building.
The living area doesn't have air-con but we provided electric fans as an alternative.
Each rooms are both air-conditioned and the following bed arrangements are set up for convenience:
- masters bed room with en suite bath with 2 beds available. A double bed with a single pull out. We also have cabinet in the room where guests can hang their clothes.
- smaller bed room has a double deck bed, single on the upper portion and double size on the lower part. A cabinet is also available for use.

Vieraan pääsy
Guest can use the pool with a fee of 78php/person/entire day access, this should be coordinated and arrange immediately after booking. Payment is required (at admin office, open Mon-Fri 830am-500pm and Sat 8am to 12nn only) before you can use the pool.

We don't have our own parking slot, but pay parking is available (50php for 2hrs and succeeding is 10php, overnight parking from 11pm to 6am is fixed at 150php on top of your daily parkimg rate).

Early check in / late check out request is still subject for availability.

We require you to send us a valid government-issued ID/passport (for locals) or passport (for foreign guests) upon booking for pre-registration purposes.
During the stay, please inform the guard/reception and show them our email endorsement screenshot so they can acknowledge your reservation. This is a must and all guests must comply. Always bring your id too as they will ask you to show it during entry.

We arranged airport transfer (but should be paid both ways, as we consider expenses for service, gasoline, toll fees and parking fees. also this should be scheduled before hand).
*rate from Naia Airport to California Garden Square (one way only)- 2500php to be paid directly to at the airport, this is a sedan car, 2017 model, fits 3 luggages and 3pax. Coding during Tuesdays.
*rate from Naia Airport to California Garden Square (one way only) - 3500php SUV, 2019 model, fits 4-5 luggages and 5pax. Coding during Wednesdays.
additonal passenger will have additional charges.
*when going back from condo to airport, same rate will apply.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
After MECQ, the new normal will be GCQ highlighting social distancing and limit of maximum guests to 4. Please note that the minimum number of nights stayed should be 180 days (or six months) booking. 35,000php per month exclusive of utilities. Guest should have a fit/health certificate and valid id to be able to enter premise.

If instant or late booking was made, Immediately send your IDS (all guest staying) and provide your check in time. We expect that you would coordinate this in advance so there will be a smooth check in and check out process.

Declaration of ALL GUEST STAYING is EXPECTED. The reservation should match the number of guests to stay in the unit.
VALID IDs for ALL GUESTS staying are required to be submitted immediately after booking.

Pool can be use but make sure you coordinate and confirm this immediately. Payment is required prior to use of pool. This is in compliance with building policy.

WATER UPDATE:

We are currently having a water crisis in our city and our condo has a water supply schedule, which varies until further notice from the Manila Water company. We have a water supply during the following time frames:

First Schedule: 5:00am to 9:00am with water supply
Second Schedule: 5:00pm to 9:00pm with water supply, till supply last.
*Please note that this may vary and may have delays on the given schedules as there is also ongoing repairs on the water line that supports the entire community.

With regards to this, if you will be using the paid (100/person) pool during its normal hours (8am to 10pm daily, closed on Mondays for maintenance), best to use the pool from 8 am to 11 am and in the afternoon, as long as you can wait until 6 pm to comfortably shower.

We have a 2 black water storage filled with water, and additional mega box upon your check-in. You may use it for refilling with water. We have two pails and a dipper if you need to use water outside the water schedule. There's also a big drinking water container you can switch with the drinking water delivery service.
