I had reservations back to back. Before she came in, and it was my mistake to not check the house correctly and I apologize for that. Second, the deposit was given back IN FULL. Third, I told this guest that there was a deposit since the beginning. My home is furnished with expensive furniture, and I think I have a right to request a deposit just in case, which I always give back if no damages were done. I care about all my guests. And all my other guests did not have any problems and loved the house. Oh and lastly, I messaged her to confirm check in and check out with ENOUGH time.
