Nice rustic apartment on the top floor. Two airconditioners available - one for the master bedroom and one for the living room. When it's really piping hot outside they make life bearable. The noise has an upside: in the master bedroom you can't hear the noise of the people on the restaurant terrace. By the way, top floor means 5 flights of stairs. Make sure you're in shape if you intend to bring a lot of luggage ;). There are three apartments below. The common room in one of the adjacent buildings was nice. We really enjoyed the snooker table. I tried to play the piano, but it was so terribly out of tune that it was too hard to hear for the rest of the family ;). Too bad, I would have enjoyed playing for a bit every day. The swimming pools (there are two) are lovely. We had the smaller one to in the olive yard to ourselves during the week, which was great. The table tennis table was good, too. We brought our own bats and balls, but there were some bats and balls to be found underneath the table, too. The garden is more of a small park and parking space in the shade was no issue at all. Arturo arranged a wine and cheese tasting afternoon for us in Poggio Bagnoli, which was really nice. All in all, a great place to stay.
