3rd floor 45㎡ Japanese style room, bedroom (When you use the partition, the room is separated), bathroom (there is a dryer, you may dry your laundry), balcony ( You can dry your laundry, smoking is ok on the balcony), wash stand.

There is an electronic key and the PIN number is changed after your stay. We will let you know the PIN number 3 days before you check in.

Check out before 10am.

If you would like to store your luggage, you can use the 1st floor entrance.
We are unwarrantable so we recommend that you do not leave valuables in the entrance.

If there is a maintenance / malfunction issue, we may reserve the right to enter the rooms to resolve any issue.
There is an Electronic Key and the pin number changes after your stay. We will provide you with the PIN number 3 days before you check in.
We have cleaning staff and they clean the rooms before check in and after check out, but they do not clean up and do not change your bed linen during your stay.
There is a vacuum cleaner provided, so could you please clean up yourself.
Please use the pictures of the garbage box for reference, separate garbage before disposal as required in Japan.

What should I know about booking a home in Japan?

Under an amendment to the Japanese Hotels and Inns Act that went into effect on June 15, 2018, Airbnb hosts are required to register their listing and display a license number on their listing page. Any host without a license number was required by the Japanese government to cancel upcoming reservations that were booked before that date. Unregistered listings have been removed from Airbnb, but will be added back as they register.

Your host will need a copy of your passport

Under the law, when you check in, your host is required to record guest information such as name, address, occupation, and nationality. If you don’t live in Japan, your host is required to request your passport and keep a copy of it for recording purposes. If you live in Japan, regardless of your nationality, be sure to show your ID issued in Japan (for example, a residential card, alien registration card, driver’s license) to confirm your domestic residence, so that your host understands that you aren’t required to show your passport as well.

4 minute walk to Tokyo Skytree and a 15 minute walk to Kaminarimon/ Sensouji Temple, your apartment is close to sightseeing areas, but there are many houses and it is a quiet area.
There are convenience stores, supermarkets and some restaurants about 2 minutes walking distance from your accommodation. If you walk a little bit more, you can go to Asakusa which is a famous area for sightseeing. There is the Tokyo Skytree, Soramachi, which is the shopping mall, Matsuya which is a department store.
