This house has 4 airconditioned rooms with individual toilet and bath 24/7 supply of running water & elect power. Typical room size is 3.5m x 3.5m with 2 single size beds with more spaces for additional companion guests. It has a big common terrace facing west for viewing sunset and some ocean activities like fishermen’s boats crossing to and fro. The location is accessable to any points in the island like the popular lagoon and other beach-on-the rock beaches and for mountain trekking, FYI

Limasawa is the site of the first Mass in the Philippines on March 31, 1521, officiated by fr Valderama, the official priest of the Magellan expedition. Such event is considered as the cradle of Christianity in the country, hence Philippines is the only Christian nation in the far east.

Pumpboats or tricycles are available for going around the 7-kilometer island, our location is about 2 kilometers to the north of the island where the lagoon and other beaches are located; and about 5 kilometers to the south where the shrine of the first mass in the Philipoines is located particularly in barangay Magallanes
