This luxurious secluded cabin is nestled in the woods on the shore of a private pond. Minutes from Oglebay Park and close to the city of Wheeling - you can choose privacy and a unique experience.
This hand-build cabin is accessible only by a wilderness trail, but boasts electricity, plumbing, hot water, comfy mattresses, a wood-burning stove, refrigerator, and electric coffee-maker.
Wake to the sunlight and birdsongs, walk the trails, browse the library, and eat dinner cooked over the fire.
This cabin features a lofted master bedroom, 2 first floor bedrooms (one a bunk, the other a double bed), one bathroom, living room, kitchen, and spacious porch. The pond has a dock, boat, two kayaks, and is filled with fish to catch.
You'll have full and exclusive access to the cabin and surroundings.

Our house is on the property but not close to the cabin - someone will meet you on check-in and get you settled in if you'd like - otherwise we'll be around for anything you need but we'll give you plenty of peace and quiet.

I am a web developer/housewife, living in rural West Virginia. My family enjoys travelling, outside chores, reading and learning, and building things. I am trying to get better at finishing the projects I start.
We've had awesome times staying in AirBnB apartments in the past, in France, Italy, Pittsburgh, and West Virginia. And now we've opened up our cabin as hosts to share with others!
