The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property).
As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off.
Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.
