COVID-19 notice
To all our future guests:
We understand that these are difficult times, but we would like to inform you that Smokies Overlook Lodge is fully operational. We are taking special precautions, including performing deep cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces between guests. Moreover, we realize that our guests may find it risky to plan a trip due to the uncertainty around possible travel restrictions in the weeks ahead. For this reason, we have decided to adopt a flexible cancellation policy.

In accordance to North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, before the check-in date the owner and guest shall sign a Vacation Rental Agreement.
