Beautiful Condo with a Wonderful Ocean View. Senior Friendly with walk-in shower, Washer/Dryer, 2-Flat screen TV's, Wireless Internet, Family Friendly, Senior Citizen Friendly. NO PETS/NON SMOKING POLICY. Failure to follow this policy results in a $200 cleaning fee.

We are located right on the Sea Wall. Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn are located behind us. Our condo will sleep 6 adults comfortably.
We have a maximum of 6 adults. Be sure to have a government ID on hand when you arrive. No smoking/no pets.

We have 3 pools. One of which is the second largest on the island and another is one of 2 heated pools on the island.

Cute little condo with a wonderful view! Things we liked about it: Booking and instructions were very clear and easy. The unit was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen (even with spices and coffee filters), nice furnishings, updated bathroom, balcony with a view and location on the seawall. (And the cute little bunny family that dine on the grass at night.) It was just far enough back not to hear and see all the seawall traffic and away from the main tourist area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. I would like to say the pools, but the large pool was out of order and the little one was packed with kids. Also has elevators, but the one nearest the room was out of order. Liked the balcony and view except was a tad uneasy with the braces holding it up. We were given the paper not to use it but Randy said it was safe (and it was just the two of us.) Things my wife didn't like: No curtain/shade over the sliding patio doors. No privacy. This bothered me for several reasons. First, the room overlooks the doggie potty area and the trash dumpsters. There is foot traffic there all day and night – and car traffic as they come in through that area as well. Also, there is a tall condominium directly in view with the room on the seawall – that is completely lit up at night. Not only could they see us but at night, in the king bed nearest the window side, the lights were in your face. (Also the lights from the bedroom window (outside the front entry) lit up the room, as there is only a rattan shade and the outdoor hallway lights shine right through.) I rolled over to get away from the lights but the mirrored closet door reflected all of it! she tried the couch next but it was too hard and the condo lights were there too. she slept in the lower bunk. It was cool and dark. The bedroom could use a fan because when I closed the door to block the light the room got too warm. The closet is nice and large but hangers will not hang properly because the dowels are too close to the wall. The table on the balcony does not look like that anymore. It’s grey and splintering. Lastly, it could use a coffee table. There was nowhere to set a glass if you watch tv. All in all it was still a good value (and I have seen much worse on the island for a lot more money.) I think with a few minor tweaks it could be fabulous. Randy was easy to deal with and I would recommend any of his properties. We will use him again next time.

The place was great. VERY good location for elevators and pools. Kiddos loved it. We will be back!

On arrival there was a sign on the balcony door saying that it was potentially unsafe for us to go outside. I called Randy and he said that this was no longer the case and that it was safe. Once I went out there I could see there was a lot of dry rot in the above unit balcony with mold. There was a constant loud sounds of construction going on throughout the day as all the balconies were being repaired. Inside of the freezer door handle, toilet, and dishwasher were not functioning properly or plain broken. Randy told me that he was aware of the freezer handle but nothing else. I could tell he knew that the place was not in good working order and then he was really just concerned about squeezing every last dime out of the consumer. In addition I paid a total of $277 for two nights with an additional $20 for a car parking ticket. You buy the place for like $101 per night then city taxes then he comes back and makes you adjust the bill for additional 30$ in city taxes again. I have never seen anything like this in Galveston and I've been there four times. With things potentially unsafe and many things broken, this is indeed not a good value. I would not recommend staying in this unit because other places in Galveston have been a much better value with things in working order. I truly believe that Randy knows that there are many things broken in the apartment and does not care what the families are going through in regards to noise, inconvenience, and hidden charges.

This is the PERFECT location for a family. We were far enough away from the bars and noise, but still on the Seawall which made access quick and easy! The two pools were very comfortable and never full. One of my favorite parts was the shopping carts to aid in bringing all the luggage up to the second floor. The California King was very comfortable. Anything you need was available in the kitchen. Our ONLY issue was that the balcony was off limits due to structural issues the HOA found. It was the only space with a table to sit and eat so that was very unfortunate.

The pools here are amazing. We stayed in the pool or at the beach most of the time. The condo was super clean. The sofa could use a good cleaning but other than that we had no issues.
