We meet and greet our guests and show them around the cottage and garden. The only time we see our guests is if they need us or if they need guidance on the places to visit or maybe a little help with the language. Sometimes they just want to chat!

As you will have seen, we DO NOT provide breakfast.
As with most hosts we do have cottage rules. But basically ask that guests treat the cottage with respect and leave it as they find it.
If there are any problems in the cottage, guests are asked that they mention it to us during their stay to enable us to do something about it. The only other rule is that all guests must have a fantastic time! The local area has become very strict about recycling so we ask our guests to participate in the same way. There are recycling bins in the village next to the Salle de Fete. If guests need to stay after the check-out time of 11am, they will be charged €10 an hour. The time available to do this will depend on a guest arriving the same day.
Apart from loving welcoming new guests, I enjoy gardening, painting, drawing, sewing and knitting. Oh and baking cakes and biscuits as my hips will tell! I look after several cottages in our area and belong to a weekly meet art group. My partner Duncan still has to work and is an electrician by trade but is a very capable handy man! Since moving to France we have been busy renovating our own house but now want to explore the rest of France with our tent!
